TEEN / ADULT PROGRAM
(12 Year Olds and Up)
Similar class structure to the Junior class, however this class will be more focused and mature with techniques. Additionally, a larger focus on stretching and cardiovascular exercises will help to strengthen the body and mind. Students will also learn self-defense which includes pressure points and joint locks. Students will be taught the understanding of every technique in detail to better understand when, why, and how to use the techniques properly to achieve maximum results.
Teenagers, Parents and Adults are encouraged to take classes for physical conditioning, a great learning experience, self defense and confidence.
